Question Regarding I Corinthians Chapter 6

I have basic questions about 1 Corinthians chapter 6.

My first question is regarding verses 2, 3:

2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?”

3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Then…..

John 5:22-25 says:
22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

So…. can someone please explain this to me?

Question number 2:

1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

…. What does ‘effeminate’ mean in this verse and who is that reference referring to?

My third question is in reference to 1 Corinthians 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.

Who is this verse referring to when it talks about the ‘least esteemed in the church? What does this verse mean?
