Well, folks, what a display. A pretty firm indication of contradiction of Scripture is self contradiction! Another, even more compelling, is refusal to support statements, Stalinesque style. But the real killer is the post that ends signed with 'Rev'! |

| So you have no intent of supporting your assertions via scripture? Is it that you simply want to hurl personal aspersions at anyone who point out that your remarks have no theological substance? |

Got the idea? 'Rev' here doesn't need mere facts. The very fact that he states something is enough.
They're all the same, these 'Revs'. |

rst & JP why don't you just agree to disagree with each other!
This arguement is silly!

There's no argument, is there. The other poster made a statement, and has repeatedly refused to support it, and has the insolence to demand that I back up a statement that I have not even made. Believe me, in real debates he would be thrown out without ado. |

Just for the record, JP, I fully agree with you on this one.
Sorry rst. Nothing against you or your point of view it's just that scripture strongly supports JP's position.
When the Bible-discussion.com forum is back on line, check out the Trinity section.
I started a thread regarding the Trinity shedding light on the fact that this doctrine is not correct.
In addition to reading the scriptures in that post, I would like you to compare the scriptures of whatever version of the bible you are currently reading that state that Jesus is God or is a part of the Godhead with the Greek and Hebrew interlinear translations.
