The 4th cry that Jesus uttered from the cross was,
"My God, my God why hast thou forsaken Me!"

When Jesus "became sin for us" God's holiness caused a large separation, from the Father!
---------------------
Jesus knew what was to take place from the start! When Jesus went to the garden to pray it was so intense that His tears & sweat, were tears & sweat of blood!
When Jesus was hung on the cross as a sacrifice for all our sins, He bitterly took on Himself all the sins of this world!
When Jesus cried out! But His Father could not look upon the sin! Jesus died alone separated from His Father because of the sin!

(The same thing today. What separates us from God? SIN!!)

At some point, when Jesus became sin, God's spirit withdrew making Jesus' sacrifice complete. Behold the Lamb of God!
Jesus died and His Soul left Him and He went to Hades! Because of the sin!
But we know the rest of the story!
He didn't stay!!

I was looking for backup scripture. I couldn't find the one that I wanted, but here is one. If you look it up read several verses to get the whole truth.
Acts: 2/23
He seeing this before spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that His soul was not left in hell, neither did His flesh see corrupt
Amen,
God bless,
Nobby

John here:
Hi, there are some deep truths to study out in your post. We know that Christ is our example. He died as man being seperated from His Father. (or that was His thinking?)

This is something to think about? All Christ had as a saved man, was His BELIEVING FAITH. What was this? Could His REAL FAITH be seperated from God? He felt MISERABLE in body form. There was NO excitement! He could have called 10,000 angels, yet He did not! He did not go by 'feeling' either! Excitement.

Think about ALL forsaking 'us'? A WHOLE 'fold'? His 'very own'? Think about leaving the denomination of your birth? Its importance to 'us'? (Isa. 5. see verse 3?) Or in all Truth, they left Christ! Think about these in Rev. 18:4 making the fatal choice of their salvation?
The same ones of Rev. 17:1-5. Both mommy & daughters in CAPS!

Christ is our example to follow? I suspect that most today are not prepared for the walking in the footprints of our master? Read what that requires as seen in Matt. 10:5-38.

Case in point: Was Christ as a living person, who had LIVING WORKING FAITH, was He living by a PRINCIPLE or by 'feeling good'? Was Christ as a livinging person at birth, given an PERFECT MATURE DEVELOPED CHARACTER (as man) or was it developed?

So the thought in mind from here is, is that for us to be safe to save throughout eternity will also require a mature character that will die before open known sin will be done, also regardless of 'feeling' good. Such as these ones in Matt. 10:5 on! These ones no doubt at their ending followed Christ in the 4th cry of 'My God, My God, Why Hath Thou Forsaken Me'? See Nahum 1:9 These ALL stood on the Word of God alone as their Moral Principle!

Hi Nobby,

I was thinking of Lazarus and how Jesus made an example of him to show the truth of what must happen.

Lazarus died, was buried, and Jesus resurrected him from the grave.

ramblin....
